A west coaster now living in Toronto, Stephen Bell is a Digital Content Director, director of photography, and UX/UI designer with a passion for creating compelling visual stories. He leads multidisciplinary teams of producers, designers, editors, and videographers, crafting high-impact digital content for brands, product launches, and social media campaigns. Over the past decade, Stephen has directed more than 50 product line launches, including major collaborations with Warner Bros. Discovery, Game of Thrones, The Lord of the Rings, DC Comics, and KISS, balancing creative vision with stakeholder collaboration and brand consistency.
Alongside his corporate work at Dalstrong Inc., Stephen founded Coffeeshop Film & Creative, building partnerships with over 60 organizations across arts, media, and commerce, from CBC and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra to Holt Renfrew and the Banff Centre. His award-winning cinematography and storytelling have been recognized internationally, including a Canadian Screen Award nomination, Best Cinematography at the New York Cinematography Awards, and featured selections at the Toronto Shorts Film Festival, Jane Austin Film Festival, Stockholm Film Festival, TINFF, Toronto Indie Horror Festival amongst many others.
Whether Project management on Digital campaigns, providing direction of photography for film and television, designing an immersive UX/UI Designs and App building, or experimenting with video content on his YouTube channel, Stephen approaches every project with curiosity, creativity, and a dedication to work that not only moves and inspires audiences, but also creates content that scales and drives growth.
